Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 8th January 1998 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 11th September 1998, of 46 Cunningham Park, in the county of Harrow, Middlesex, and a British citizen by virtue of section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Serge Calvin Patrick and assumed in lieu thereof the name of SERGE CALVIN PATRICK-HESELTON.
