Notice is hereby given that via Deed Poll dated 6th August 1998 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 16th September 1998, I, NICOLA ANNE WALKER, 20 Freshwood Drive, Yateley, Hampshsire GU46 6DJ, a British subject, have formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the surname of Shea and have assumed and adopted and intend thenceforth upon all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the surname of Walker instead of the surname of Shea so as to be at all times therafter called, known and described by the name of Nicola Anne Walker exclusively.
