Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 10th August 1998 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 23rd September 1998, I, Marcia Elair St. Clair Morris, on behalf of MARVIN ORLANDO ST. CLAIR MORRIS, both of 4 Peartree Close, Mitcham, Surrey, a minor and a Commonwealth citizen by virtue of section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Marvin Orlando Whyte and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Marvin Orlando St. Clair Morris, for and on behalf of Marvin Orlando St. Clair Morris, formerly Marvin Orlando Whyte.
