Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 27th August 1998 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 24th September 1998, I, PAUL STEPHEN LANGSHAW, of Heath House, 72 a High Road, Bushey Heath, Hertfordshire WD2 3JE, a married man, and a British citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981, Section 11, formally and absolutely renounce and abandon the surname of Langsman and have assumed and adopted and intend on all occasions to use and subscribe the surname of Langshaw instead of the surname of Langsman so as to be at all times called, known and described by the name of Paul Stephen Langshaw exclusively.
