Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 23rd July 1998 and enrolled in the Enrolment Department of the Central Office of the Supreme Court Adjudicator on 8th October 1998, KHALID KHAN, of 54 Claymore, Grove Hill, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, the father and legal guardian of SABA KHAN (formerly known as Saba Moghadas) and Omar Khan (formerly known as Omar Moghadas) both of 54 Claymore, Grove Hill, Hemel Hempstead aforesaid, minors and citizens of the United Kingdom by birth formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned for an on behalf of Saba Khan and Omar Khan their surname of Moghadas and assumed and adopted in place thereof the surname Khan.
