At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 17 Greenfield Crescent, Edgbaston, Birmingham B15 3AU, on 7th October 1998, the following Special Resolutions were duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Ronald Eric Speight of Moore Stephens Booth White, Cornwall Buildings, 45 Newhall Street, Birmingham B3 3QR, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the winding-up.” P.
