Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Supervisor of the Company intends paying a First Interim Dividend to Non-preferential Creditors. Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 12th November 1998, to submit their proofs of debt to Philip Long, Pannell Kerr Forster, Sovereign House, Queen Street, Manchester M2 5HR, the Supervisor of the Company, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Supervisor to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the first dividend or any subsequent dividend declared before his debt is proved.
