Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 93 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 43 Blackstock Road, London N4 2JF, on Friday, 4th December 1998, at 10 a.m. precisely, to receive the account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings, and of the conduct of the winding-up during the 12 months ended 25th September 1998, and to hear any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. Any Member entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy, who need not be a Member of the Company, to attend and vote instead of him.
