I, Michael David Rollings, of Wessex House, 19 Threefield Lane, Southampton SO14 3QB, hereby gives notice that I intend to declare a First and Final Dividend in the Liquidation of the above-named Company. Any Creditor of the Company that has not yet done so must lodge proofs of their debts with me at the above address by 23rd November 1998 (“the last date for proving”) quoting the name of the Company.
