At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Maesbury Road, Oswestry, Shropshire SY10 8HP, on 29th October 1998, at 9.45 a.m., the following Special Resolution was passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Leslie Ross, of Grant Thornton, Heron House, Albert Square, Manchester M60 8GT, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” N.
