Notice is hereby given to any person who has a claim against or an interest in the Runciman Shipping Staff Pension Scheme that the Scheme is being wound up. It is believed that all potential claimants and beneficiaries of the Scheme have been identified and the Trustees announce their intention to distribute the assets of the Scheme to those who appear to be entitled. If you believe you have a claim against the Scheme or you are or were a Member of the Scheme (or you believe you should have been) and believe you may be entitled to benefit from it and you have not been contacted by the Trustees or Aon Consulting as administrators of the Scheme, please post notification of your claim specifying your full name, address and documents relating to your claim or details of your Membership of the Scheme to Mr. David Knight, Aon Consulting, Victoria Gate, Chobham Road, Woking, Surrey GU21 1JD, so as to reach that address on or before 6th January 1999. Claims received after the above date will be excluded from the calculation of benefits and the distribution of assets of the Scheme.
