THE SHORELINE GROUP RETIREMENT AND DEATH BENEFIT SCHEME

I, David Passmore Herbert, the Independent Trustee of the above Scheme, require any person interested in or claiming to be entitled to a benefit from the said Pension Scheme, to send to me, at the address given below, within a period of 2 months from the date of this notice, details of such interest or claim. It is my intention to wind up the said Pension Scheme upon such terms as I shall decide in accordance with the Trust Deed and Rules and other appropriate documents for the benefit of those Members, pensioners and deferred pensioners which have been made known to me at the expiration of the said 2 month period. Any persons who have received Announcements to Members or correspondence from me or my office within the last 12 months, or persons who were Members of the Group Personal Pension Scheme which Shoreline Holdings Ltd. set up for employees after the said Pension Scheme was put into winding-up on 30th July 1992, need not apply to this notice.
