At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 7-10 Chandos Street, London W1M 9DE, on 4th November 1998, the following Special Resolutions were duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up as Members voluntary liquidation and that Alan Noel Gainsford, of Simmons Gainsford, 7-10 Chandos Street, London W1M 9DE, be and he is hereby appointed as Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up and that the Liquidator be and is hereby authorised to divide amongst the Members in specie or kind the whole or any part of the assets of the Company.” T.
