Notice is hereby given, pursuant to rule 11.2(1) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that it is my intention to declare a First and Final Dividend to unsecured non-preferential Creditors of the above-named Company, no later than 5th April 1999. Creditors who have not yet done so, are required, on or before 5th December 1998, to send their proofs of debt to the undersigned, N. B. Kahn, of Cork Gully, Hill House, Richmond Hill, Bournemouth BH2 6HR, the Joint Liquidator of the Company, and, if so requested, to provide further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary.
