LANGLEY DISTILLERY PENSION FUND
Notice of Winding-up of Pension Scheme pursuant to the Trustees Act 1925, section 27
Notice is hereby given that as of 1st April 1997 the “Langley Distillery Pension Fund”,
being the pension scheme for the Langley Distillery Limited (liquidated in 1972) in
Slough, (the employer), has been wound up. Anyone with a claim or interest under this
scheme is hereby required to send particulars in writing of their claims or interests
to the Trustee, care of Richard Leigh, of Eversheds Solicitors, before 12th January
1999. And Notice is hereby given, that at the expiration of that time the Trustees
will proceed to distribute the pension fund among the parties entitled thereto, having
regard only to claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice; and
that they will not as respects the pension fund so distributed, be liable to any person
or persons of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
