Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
GOODALLS CARAVANS LIMITED OCCUPATIONAL PENSION SCHEME (THE SCHEME”)
Notice is given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Scheme is being wound up. It is believed that all Members of the Scheme and their benefits under it have been identified and it is the intention of the Trustees to distribute the assets of the Scheme to those who appear to be entitled. Any former employees of Goodalls Caravans Limited (the Company”) who believe they may be entitled to benefits from the scheme should write to N. Eade, at Swire Renshaw, Perseverance House, St. Andrews Road, Huddersfield HD1 6RY, on or before 22nd January 1999. Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, the period during which they worked for the Company and any documents supporting their claim. Please note that notification is not required from Members who are currently in receipt of a pension from the scheme, or who have received announcements from Walker Morris Trustees Limited. After 22nd January 1999, the Trustees will proceed with the winding-up of the scheme and distribution of the scheme assets, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice and will not as regard to the assets so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim they do not have notice.
