Notice is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Maxwell David Cooke, Lynda Glenis Sykes and Peter Dorian Ffoulkes Morris, carrying on business as Solicitors under the style or firm name of BERKSON & BERKSON (incorporating Maxell Cooke & Co.), at 40 Hamilton Square, Birkenhead, Merseyside, has been dissolved as from 1st March 1998, so far as concerns Lynda Glenis Sykes, who retires from the said firm as a salaried Partner. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by Maxwell David Cooke and Peter Dorian Ffoulkes Morris, who will continue to carry on the said business in Partnership, under the style or firm name of Berkson & Berkson (incorporating Maxwell Cooke & Co.).
