Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that we Maurice Moses and Shay Bannon of Levy Gee, PO Box 2653, 66 Wigmore Street, London W1A 3RT, the Joint Liquidators of the above-named Company, invite Creditors who have not previously proved their debts to submit details of their claims in writing, together with supporting documentation, to us by Monday, 21st December 1998, being the last day for proving. Creditors should note that, if so requested, they may be required to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear necessary. Creditors should note that under the provisions of Rule 11.3 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 I, as Liquidator, am not obliged to deal with proofs lodged after this date. A Creditor who has not proved their debt by the date specified will be excluded from the Dividend distribution. Notice is also given that I intend to declare a First and Final Dividend to Creditors within the period of 4 months from the last date for proving. M. Moses S.
