At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, duly convened, and held at Royal London House, 22-25 Finsbury Square, London EC2A 1DS, on 16th November 1998, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Cedric Marsden Clapp, of Ernst & Young, One Bridewell Street, Bristol BS1 2AA, be and hereby is appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” M.
