  Residing at 11 Porchester Drive, Radcliffe, Manchester M28 3UU. I, John Paul Bell, of Clarke Bell, Regency Court, 62-66 Deansgate, Manchester M3 2EN, hereby give notice that I was appointed Trustee of the above Estate on 30th October 1997.   Any persons having in their possession any of the effects of the Bankrupt must deliver them to me and debts due to the Bankrupt must be paid to me. Creditors who have not yet proved their debts must forward proofs of debt, incorporating their full name, address, descriptions and full particulars of their debt to the Trustee of the estate, at the above address, and, if so required by notice is writing by the said Trustee are, personally or by their solicitors to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default therfore they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved. As it is my intention to grant a First and Final Dividend in full to all known Creditors by 31st December 1998, these claims should be received by 18th December 1998, all Creditors failing to prove in the estate before this date will therefore be excluded from this distribution.
