Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 25th September 1998, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 25th September 1998, NICHOLAS PARTRIGE, of 24 Gladstone Road, Chesham, Buckinghamshire HP5 3AD, married, a British citizen abandoned the surname of Nicholas Leon Tapsell and assumed the surname of Nicholas Partrige. 25th September 1998.
