Notice is hereby given that I, A. J. Sanderson, of Moores Rowland, Clifford’s Inn, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1AS, intend to declare a Dividend to unsecured Creditors herein within a period of four months from the last date of proving. The last day for receiving proofs is 18th December 1998. Every person claiming to be a Creditor of the Company is required, on or before 18th December 1998, to submit a proof of debt to the Liquidator at the above-mentioned address and, if so required, to provide such further details, documentation or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in the Dividend, the distribution of that Dividend or any other Dividend declared before his debt is proved.
