I, Ivan Jones, of Birchall Blackburn, Solicitors, of Crystal House, Birley Street, Preston, hereby give notice that I have been appointed by the Court as Trustee of the Estate of the above-named Bankrupt. All persons having in their possession any effects of the Bankrupt must deliver them to me and all debts due to the Bankrupt must be paid to me.
