COBALT (UK) LIMITED PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME

Notice is given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Cobalt (UK) Limited Pension and Life Assurance Scheme (“the Scheme”) is winding up. Any person who has, or may have any claim, entitlement or interest in the Scheme including individuals who for any reason consider that access to the Scheme may have been denied to them is required to provide written particulars to Edge Ellison Trustees Limited, Rutland House, 148 Edmund Street, Birmingham B3 2JR (Ref. MJS/PWS/RMG) prior to 31st January 1999. After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme having regard only to any claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing prior to 31st January 1999.
