At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at DKB House, 24 King William Street, London EC4R 9DB, on 20th November 1998, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Stephen Treharne, of KPMG, 20 Farringdon Street, London EC4A 4PP, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” M.
