Resolutions for Winding-up
In the High Court of Justice Companies Court. No. 6180 of 1998 In the Matter of SANCAR REMEDIAL TREATMENT and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up Sancar Remedial Treatment, a Partnership whose principal place of business is 59 a Chatsworth Road, Brampton, Chesterfield, Derbyshire S40 2AL, presented on 29th October 1998 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Chesterfield VAT Office, Dents Chambers, New Square, Chesterfield, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 9th December 1998, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1994 by 1600 hours on 8th December 1998.
