Appointment of Trustees

In the Croydon County Court  No. 254 of 1998 VICTOR CHARLES READ, unemployed, of 129 Kinveachy Gardens, Charlton, London SE7 8EQ, lately carrying on business as a Motor Assessor and Repairer, under the style V.K. Motors, from premises at 245 a Coldharbour Lane, London SW9 8RR. I, Graham Paul Henderson, a licensed Insolvency Practitioner, Office Holder No. 8276, of 12 Tumblewood Road, Banstead, Surrey SM7 1DX, hereby give notice that I have been duly appointed and certified as Trustee of the estate of the above-named Bankrupt by the Secretary of State with effect from 10th November 1998. All persons having in their possession any of the effects of the Bankrupt must deliver them to me and all the debts due to the Bankrupt must be paid to me.
