Notice is hereby given, pursuant to secton 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the John Tams Group Plc (No. 2), (No. 3), (No. 4), (No. 5) and (No. 6) Retirement Benefits Schemes are winding-up. Any person who has, or may have a claim, entitlement or interest in any of the schemes is required to provide written particulars to John Glover, of John Tams Group Plc, 111-115 The Stand, Longton, Stoke-on-Trent ST3 2PG, by 23rd February 1999. After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of each of the schemes having regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing prior to 23rd February 1999.
