At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly
convened, and held at 9 Garfield Road, Ryde, Isle of Wight PO33 2PS, on 3rd December
1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:
That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Edward Terence Head, of Lyon Pilcher,
Park House, 102-108 Above Bar, Southampton SO14 7NH, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator
of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.”
