Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that combined Annual and Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Orchard House, 10 Albion Place, Maidstone, Kent ME14 5DZ, on 13th January 1999, at 10 a.m., and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and considering the following Resolution: That the Liquidator be given his release under section 171 of the Insolvency Act 1986. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meetings must (unless they are individual Creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies at the address shown above, no later than 12 noon on 12th January 1999.
