At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 10 Ely Place, London EC1N 6RY, on 23rd November 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that P. S. Dunn and S. R. Thomas, of Horwath Clark Whitehill & Co., Sherlock House, 7 Kenrick Place, London W1H 3FF, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of winding-up the Company.” D. L.
