At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above Company, duly convened, and held at the registered office on 25th November 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Rupert Graham Mullins, of BKR Haines Watts, Kings House, 14 Orchard Street, Bristol BS1 5EH, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” V.
