Notice is hereby given that Roger William Cork and Malcolm Ellis Cork, of Moore Stephens Booth White, 1 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2EN, were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above-named Company on 30th November 1998. Creditors are required on or before 1st February 1999 to send their names and addresses, and particulars of their debts to the Liquidators, and if so required by notice in writing from the Liquidator, are to come in and prove their debts, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
