Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person who believes that he or she had a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in the above-named Scheme, which is to be wound up, by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or any other person’s full or part-time employment with the following Companies namely: Adapta Units Limited Allied Accommodation Limited APG Finance Limited Bewley & Schepens Limited Elgie Plant Limited H Pickup Heating and Ventilating Limited Kingston Walker Limited Tiger Rail Limited Westcott Development Company Limited Allied Partnership Group plc APG Distribution Limited BV (UK) Limited Downtime (Fork Lift Trucks) Limited Ferrag Limited H Pickup Structural Engineering Limited Malcolm West Plant Hire Limited United Forktrucks Limited is hereby required to send particulars in writing by 15th February 1999 of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address and date of birth) to Sedgwick Noble Lowndes Limited, Tower House, Merrion Way, Leeds LS2 8PA, marked “for the attention of Mrs. A. Allerton”. The Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whom claims and entitlements they have notice, and will not be liable to any other person. Any individuals who have already been contacted on behalf of the Trustees about this matter should not respond to this notice as the Trustees already have details of their claims and entitlements.
