Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above Company will be held at the Ramada Hotel, Blackfriars Street, Manchester, on 18th December 1998, at 2.30 p.m., for the purposes provided for in sections 100 and 101 of the said Act. Pursuant to section 98(2) of the Act, lists of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, at Stephen Conn & Co., 2nd Floor, 17 St. Ann’s Square, Manchester M2 7PW, on the two business days before the day of the Meeting.
