Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Smith & Williamson, William Morris House, No. 1 New Market Street, Birmingham B3 2NH, on 5th January 1999, at 11.30 a.m., for the purposes mentioned in sections 100 and 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986. Notice is also hereby given, pursuant to section 98(2)B of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, at Smith & Williamson, William Morris House, No. 1 New Market Street, Birmingham B3 2NH, on the two business days falling next before the day on which the Meeting is to be held.
