NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency Wales by Dwy Cymru/Welsh Water, for consent to discharge a maximum daily volume of 9,763 cubic metres per day of treated sewage effluent to coastal waters off Benllech, Anglesey, at National Grid Reference SH 5379 8363, from Benllech Waste Water Treatment Works. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Environment Agency, Rivers House, St. Mellons Business Park, St. Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0LT, not later than 25th January 1999, quoting Ref. EP/WQ/RC&C/LM/CG0326001. A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Environment Agency Wales, Ffordd Penlan, Parc Menai, Bangor LL57 2EF. B.
