Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 30th July 1998, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 27th October 1998, Bridget Clare Ward, of 58 Leigham Court Road, Streatham, London SW16 2PL, on behalf of DAVID MICHAEL JAMES WARD, a minor single, and a British citizen by virtue of section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of McFarlane and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Ward.
