Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 20th October 1998 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 25th November 1998 Diane Hurd of 55 Brooksfield, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, the mother and legal guardian of CHLOE REBECCA CASSERLEY HURD formerly known as Chloe Rebecca Casserley, of 55 Brooksfield, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, a British citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 1(1)(a) abandoned on behalf of Chloe Rebecca Casserley Hurd the surname of Casserley and assumed in lieu the surname of Hurd and assumed the second middle name of Casserley so that her full name is Chloe Rebecca Casserley Hurd.
