Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 13th October 1998, and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 2nd December 1998, Amy Bethan Thomas, of The Highwayman Public House, Fonmon, Rhoose, South Wales, the mother and legal guardian of ASHLEIGH LAUREN THOMAS, formerly known as Ashleigh Lauren Creed, of The Highwayman Publilc House, Fonmon, Rhoose, South Wales, a minor and a British citizen by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned on behalf of Ashleigh Lauren Creed the surname of Creed and assumed in lieu the surname of Thomas.
