Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.106 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that on 27th November 1998, I was appointed Liquidator of the above-named Companies, which are in Members’ Voluntary Liquidation, by the Members of the Companies. Creditors are required to submit full details of their claims including the amount of the claim and particulars of how and when the debt was incurred to P. L. Thurston, Deloitte & Touche, Queen Anne House, 69-71 Queen Square, Bristol BS1 4JP, to arrive on or before 28th February 1999.
