At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The Royal Automobile Club, Pall Mall, London, on 7th December 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Thomas Michael Rogers, of Rotherwick House, PO Box 900, 3 Thomas More Street, London E1 9YX, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
