At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, convened,
and held at Cardinal House, 46 St. Nicholas Street, Ipswich, on 30th November 1998,
at 4.30 p.m., the following Special Resolution was passed:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven Law, of Ensors, be appointed
Liquidator for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.”
