PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF AN APPLICATION MADE UNDER SECTION 6 OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1990 PART 1
INTEGRATED POLLUTION CONTROL
Notice is hereby given that Dexter Packaging Coatings has applied to the Environment
Agency for an Integrated Pollution Control (IPC) authorisation to operate a process
for manufacturing acrylated epoxy and other resins at Parkway, Deeside Industrial
Park, Deeside, in the county of Flintshire.
Information relating to the above IPC application for authorisation to operate the
process for manufacturing acrylated epoxy and other resins is held in registers at
the following locations: Environment Agency, Chester Road, Buckley, Flintshire CH7
3AJ, Environment Agency, Rivers House, St. Mellons Business Park, St. Mellons, Cardiff
CF3 0LT and Flintshire County Council, St. Davids Park, Ewloe, Deeside CH5 3PW.
Members of the public can inspect these registers, free of charge, at the above-stated
addresses during normal office hours. In addition, members of the public who wish
to obtain a copy of the relevant information contained in the registers can do so
upon the payment of a reasonable charge to cover the costs of copying.
Any objections or representations to the above IPC application should be made in
writing to the Environment Agency at Llwyn Brian, Fford Penlan, Parc Menai, Bangor,
Gwynedd LL57 4DE, within 28 days from the date of this public notice.
Any such objections or representations will be entered into a public register unless
the person making them requests in writing that they should not be so placed. If there
is such a request, the register will only include a statement that there has been
a request.
In this case there will be included in the register a statement indicating only that
representations have been made which have been the subject of such a request.
