I, Finbarr O’Connell of Grant Thornton, Grant Thornton House, Melton Street, Euston Square, London NW1 2EP, hereby give notice that I have been duly appointed as Liquidator of the above-named Company following a Creditors’ Meeting held on 20th November 1998. All person having in their possession any of the effects of the Company must deliver them to me and all debts due to the Company must be paid to me.
