Notice of Intended Dividends

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.182A of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidator of the above-named Company intends making a distribution to contributories. The Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 8th January 1999, to prove their debts, sending to the undersigned Robert Stephen Palmer, of Gallagher & Co., 2nd Floor, Titchfield House, 69-85 Tabernacle Street, London EC2A 4RR, the Liquidator of the Company, written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the Company, and, if so requested, to provide such details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated into, the intended distribution mentioned above, or any other distribution declared before his debt is proved.
