Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Members of the above Company will be held pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, at 10 a.m. on 25th January 1999. The Meeting will be held at the offices of Arthur Andersen, 1 City Square, Leeds LS1 2AL, for the purposes of showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be furnished by the Liquidator, and to pass Resolutions as to the remuneration of the Liquidator, the disposal of the books, accounts and documents of the Company, and the release of the Liquidator. Notice of this Meeting is purely formal and is summoned in compliance with the said section of the Insolvency Act 1986.
