Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 323 of the Companies Act 1931, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Quinn Kneale, 50 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1JB, on Wednesday, 13th January 1999, at 2. p.m., to be followed at 2.15 p.m. by a Meeting of Creditors of the Company, for the purposes of receiving a report of the progress of the Liquidation of the Company and approving the fees and expenses of the Liquidator.
