NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Any person having a claim against or interest in the above scheme is required to send particulars to Taylor & Emmet, Solicitors for the Trustees, of 62 Wilkinson Street, Sheffield S10 2GJ, no later than two calendar months from the date of publication of this notice after which date the Trustees will proceed to distribute the Trust Fund having a regard only to valid claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not as regards the property and funds So distributed be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
