Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Cork Gully, Oriel House, 55 Sheep Street, Northampton NN1 2NF, on Friday, 22nd January 1999, at 2 p.m., for the purpose of receiving the Joint Liquidators’ report on the Liquidation, receiving the Joint Liquidators’ account, and determining whether the Joint Liquidator’s should have their release under section 173 of the said Act. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her.
